3.1. The scrap materials provided must match the description submitted during pickup scheduling.
3.2. Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items are not accepted.
3.3. Scrapido reserves the right to refuse materials deemed unacceptable or unsafe.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Scrap rates displayed on the website are indicative and subject to market fluctuations. Final rates are confirmed at the time of pickup.
4.2. Payments will be made immediately after the scrap is collected and weighed using certified digital weighing machines.
4.3. Disputes regarding payments or pricing must be reported within 24 hours of collection.
5. Pickup Services
5.1. Doorstep pickup services are provided based on the scheduled time and location.
5.2. Users must ensure accessibility and safety for the Scrapido team during pickup.
5.3. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate details about the scrap materials and pickup location.
6.2. Users must ensure that scrap materials are properly segregated and ready for collection.
6.3. Any fraudulent or dishonest activity will result in termination of services and possible legal action.
7. Liability
7.1. Scrapido is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury occurring during the scrap pickup process, unless caused by negligence from Scrapido’s team.
7.2. Scrapido does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Personal information collected during the use of our services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Scrapido ensures the confidentiality of your data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
